At the extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Joint-Stock Company Northern Caucasus Resorts, held on November 22, 2017, the new Board of Directors of the company, consisting of 11 persons, was elected. On behalf of the Ministry of the North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation, its members are Odes Baysultanov, the First Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Northern Caucasus Affairs, Olga Rukhullaeva, Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Northern Caucasus Affairs, supervising the activities of the institute for NCFD development, and Aleksey Parikin, Director of Finance-and-Economical Department of the Ministry of the North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation.

Lev Kuznetsov, Minister of the North Caucasus Affairs of the Russian Federation, said that the new Board of Directors includes representatives of all interested federal executive bodies. ‘This will allow us to build up an effective cooperation system to solve development problems of resorts’, the Minister said at the meeting on the readiness of the region's ski resorts for winter 2017/2018, which took place on the eve in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic in All-Season Tourist and Recreational Resort Arkhyz.

In accordance with the Charter of Joint-Stock Company Northern Caucasus Resorts, the Board of Directors performs general management of the company. Its responsibilities include defining the priority directions of the JSC NCR activities and implementing the company's policy to ensure the achievement of its goals and objectives within the tourism cluster project in the North Caucasus Federal District.
