In the framework of the training and educational project “School of Caucasian Hospitality”, the Company has developed a special program of lessons on Caucasian hospitality in higher grades of general education schools. Students receive information about the project of creation of the tourism cluster, development of tourist industry in the world, modern standards of services in the tourism industry, the benefits of obtaining a professional education at the partner universities and about job opportunities and possibilities of starting one’s own business appeared thanks to the implementation of the Tourism cluster project in the North Caucasus region. Teachers pay special attention to the need to learn foreign languages.

The schools located in close proximity to the areas of the construction of the first phase resorts of the tourism cluster project - in the Karachay-Cherkess, Kabardino-Balkar and Chechen republics - take part in the project “School of Caucasian Hospitality”.

• popularisation of tourism, recreation and hospitality among the younger generation in the constituent entities of the NCFD;
• raising awareness about the Tourism cluster project in the North Caucasus;
• creation of the early stage preconditions for the young to choose careers in the tourism and hospitality industry;
• promotion of tolerance among students;
• formation of a positive image of a tourist and the tourism cluster in the minds of young people.
